2019年8月23日，我和朋友們訂了一張桌。Molly是一位可愛的年輕女士，她整晚給我們的服務棒極了。她竭心儘力，令我們的夜晚非常特別。我強烈推薦OHM，食物很棒，雞尾酒好喝極了。

On August 23, 2019, I booked a table with my friends. Molly was a lovely young lady who gave us a fantastic service all night. She tried her best to make our night very special. I highly recommend OOHM, the food was great and the cocktails were great.

首先，我想說的是，雖然我們的服務員顯然是新來的，還在學習過程中，但他很專心，很有禮貌，並盡他所能為我們提供了十分周到的服務!遺憾的是，問題出在廚師身上，我們點了麵糰球和蒜蓉麵包作為開胃菜。但我想我發的照片已經不言而喻，我們實在吃不下去，因為料理烹飪過度了。我向我們的服務員聲明了這一點，他也同意了我們的訴求，併為我們將賬單上的這兩道菜劃掉了。  然而，我男朋友說麵糰球是他吃過的最美味的料理!主菜方面，我點了一份不含奶酪的千層漢堡，然後我們等了很長很長的時間，主菜才上桌，但令人失望的是我的漢堡上面覆蓋了奶酪，這肯定是廚師的失誤，因為我明明看到我們的服務員為我們註明了“不含奶酪”。所以，我又等了15分鐘，等來了一個新漢堡，我男朋友已經吃完了他的主菜，他不得不等我吃完。  實在不推薦這家餐廳，除非你甘願自己點的菜被篡改，總的來說用餐體驗不太好，我們是OHM餐廳的忠實顧客，但是這次我對餐廳提供的餐飲服務非常失望。

廚師一定度過了很糟糕的一天

First of all, I would say that although our waiter is obviously new and still in the process of learning, he is very attentive, polite and does his best to provide us with very thoughtful service! Unfortunately, the problem was with the chef, we ordered the dough balls and garlic bread as appetizers. But I think the picture I posted is self-evident, we really can't eat it because the cooking is overcooked. I declared this to our waiter, who also agreed with our claim and crossed out the two dishes on our bill. However, my boyfriend said the dough ball was the most delicious dish he had ever eaten! On the main course, I ordered a thousand layers of burger without cheese, and then we waited a long, long time before the main course was served, but disappointingly my burger was covered with cheese, which was definitely a mistake from the chef as I clearly saw our waiters indicate for us "No cheese". So I waited another 15 minutes for a new burger, and my boyfriend had finished his main course and he had to wait for me to finish. I really don’t recommend this restaurant unless you are willing to order your dishes to be tampered with. In general, the dining experience is not very good. We are loyal customers of the OOHM restaurant, but this time I am very disappointed with the catering service provided by the restaurant.

The chef must have had a terrible day.

We loved the restaurant very much, we were headed by the waiters Connor and Isa and they were fantastic. The activities were very interesting and they were great at getting everyone involved. Will come back here next time we come to Sheffield! Thank you very much!
